We have a broad selection of stock plans available, from 1,800 - 12,000 s.f. Unlike many other designers who sell stock plans, these were not designed to appeal to a broad, internet-based mass market, but rather were designed for a builder or a private client, whose needs may mirror your own. These are real homes, designed for real people, living in today's world. We will be adding these to our website shortly, as time and effort allows. Our primary focus is custom residential design, to fit a client's lot, budget, and needs. The interaction and sharing of ideas allows us to create for you a home that is beautiful, comfortable and unique - a legacy home, one that will help create wonderful memories for you and your family for years to come.

We also work with builders to create exciting, interesting models for planned neighborhoods, or for difficult and challenging building sites.
