Ty and Raines Bettis have an incredible 8 acre site in Albany that we are designing a new home for. It's got lake views and gorgeous hardwood trees that we are working around. This home will be a classic with understated elegance throughout!

We're pleased to be the designer of choice for Jeremy and Greta Miller. They have a beautiful 21 acre site in Bronwood, Ga. that has pastures and a pond. The Southern style home that we are designing will have great views for them to enjoy this property with their children in years to come.

Scott and Fran Eubanks are excited about the new home we're designing for them that will go on their soon-to-be-purchased lot in Albany, Ga. This will be a two-story plan with a Master Suite and Guest Suite and Office downstairs along with an open Kitchen that is part of the Grand Room and Morning Room. The second floor will have additional bedrooms for this custom home that will soon be under construction.

Under Construction

Buddy and Stephanie Poore will soon begin construction of the symettrically designed Southern style home we recently designed. Their lot is in Lee County, Ga. and will have plenty of room for the new house. It's a ranch home with great views toward the rear, and side entrances on both sides of the house (as well as the front porch!).

Ted and Paige Samples own a site on Lake Blackshear, Ga. that has incredible wrap-around views of the lake. They plan on this being their last home and we are fine tuning the design to allow them to enjoy their time spent here with their children and grandchildren. (Just don't forget the space for the golf cart, Gary!)

We're delighted to be the designer that Shawn Urguhart has chosen for her new home on 12 acres in Albany, Ga. Shawn asked for a home that's elegant yet user-friendly and the ranch plan we're designing for her captures those feelings well. This home in this setting invites you to kick off your shoes and stay for a while!

Neil and Ashley Lee will soon begin construction of their newly designed home on their multi-acre site in Terrell County, Ga. This southern plantation style ranch home is comfortable to live in and captures the views of the lake that is behind their home. With young children around Ashley wanted a plan that will allow her be around her children yet still have privacy. It will be a treat to see this home when it's finished!

Yes, we're designing another Polysteel home! These proud owners are Rudy and Denise Casey and their site is on the south side of Atlanta where they'll have room to live and enjoy life. Not only does this design have the comfort of Polysteel but we're also designing it for passive solar, all while capturing the views of the lake on the northwest side of the home. This should be a fun project!

Robert and Eydie Clement are already enjoying the amenities of The Reserve at Lake Keowee (S.C.) as lot owners there for some time. They are excited (and we are too!) about the new casual-but-elegant home that we are designing for their gorgeous site. The layout is custom designed to fit their lifestyle and they hope to enjoy this home for years to come.
